Arbeitsbeschreibung - Junior Buyer Procurement (all genders)

As a Junior Buyer (all genders) in our Procurement team, you will support the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes for critical components and services. Working closely with engineering, production, and quality teams, you’ll help ensure our supply chain is robust, cost-effective, and aligned with our technical and sustainability goals.

Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers for aerospace components and materials.
Issue RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and support negotiation of terms and contracts.
Maintain purchase orders and track delivery timelines in alignment with project milestones.
Work with internal teams to define procurement requirements and specifications.
Monitor supplier performance and support resolution of delivery or quality issues.
Support the implementation of procurement processes and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
Help identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to make-or-buy analyses.

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
Ideally 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
Understanding of procurement processes, ideally in an industrial or aerospace setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is a plus.
Fluent in English; German and other languages are an advantage.
Curious, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced Startup environment.
