Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und dem Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

• Eigenständige Durchführung von Teilaufgaben im Rahmen der Forecast- und Budgetprozesse

• Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen, Plan-Ist-Vergleichen und sonstigen Abweichungsanalysen

• Begleitung von Controlling Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen und der Geschäftsführung

• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung von BI-Systemen und Controlling Prozessen

• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Kennzahlen

Anforderungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finanzen oder Controlling

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling

• Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denken sowie eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

• Exzellente Kenntnisse in MS-Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint; PowerBI wünschenswert)

• Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Projekterfahrung wünschenswert

Mit unseren aufbereiteten Reports liefern wir wichtige Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management, können frühzeitig auf Trends und Entwicklungen hinweisen und entsprechende Maßnahmen entwickeln. Wir setzen auf Teamwork und sorgen gemeinsam für lückenlose Prozesse von der Budgetierung bis zur Liquiditätsplanung.
