Junior Croatian Speaking Prompt Evaluator

About the Role:
We are seeking a Native Croatian Speaker with C1 English proficiency to join our team in Essen as a Prompt Evaluator. In this role, you will evaluate and write prompts for AI Large Language Models (LLMs). This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with cutting-edge technology and applying strong analytical and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate prompts and outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality.

• Write and refine prompts in Croatian and English to improve AI model performance.

• Provide structured feedback on AI responses.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve evaluation processes.

• Maintain consistency and accuracy while handling large volumes of data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

• Native Croatian speaker.

• C1 level English (written and spoken).

• Strong analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.

• Must hold an EU passport/ID with the right to work full-time in Germany.

Work Model & Schedule:

• On-site in Essen, Germany.

• Full-time, standard 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

• Schedule details confirmed upon hire.

• Relocation Support:

  • Accommodation provided for 2 months in a private apartment/room (partners considered on case-by-case pre-approval).

  • Up to €250 flight reimbursement, paid with the first salary.

  • Must reside within 50 km of Essen after relocation (exceptions possible case by case).
