Junior E-Commerce Consultant - Focus Poland (all genders)

AMAZON MARKETING: You’ll become an expert in managing Amazon marketing activities for our clients. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the key success factors for growth on Amazon, with a particular focus on Amazon advertising.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING: You will be the main point of contact for national and international brands, with a primary focus on the Polish and German marketplaces. You’ll provide strategic guidance to your clients and build long-term relationships. A significant part of your communication will be in Polish and German.

AMAZON ADVERTISING: A part of your role will involve managing PPC and DSP campaigns on and off Amazon. You will support clients by overseeing their advertising budgets, creating tailored strategies, and managing regular campaign optimizations.

COLLABORATION & COORDINATION: In alignment with your clients, you will coordinate the implementation of relevant Amazon marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal teams across departments.

MONITORING & REPORTING: You’ll track and analyze large datasets to identify performance trends and develop data-driven optimization strategies. You will present your findings and results through clear reports and presentations to your clients.

STUDIES & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: You have a degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a comparable background. You also have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in account management, e-commerce, and ideally, paid advertising.

LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION:  You are fluent in Polish and German, as both languages are essential for daily communication with your clients. In addition, you have a solid command of English, which is used internally across our teams. Strong presentation skills are a valued asset.

PASSION FOR E-COMMERCE: You are familiar with industry trends in e-commerce and are strongly interested in online marketplaces and working in an agency environment.

ANALYTICAL MIND: You possess analytical skills, ideally with proven experience working towards performance KPIs. You understand relevant KPIs, can interpret them, and derive actionable steps.

ORGANIZATION & MOTIVATION: You stay calm even in stressful situations and always act with a client- and problem-solving-oriented mindset. You are motivated to continuously expand your expertise.
