Junior Electronic Security Systems (Ess) Technician (Oconus)

EOA Technologies is seeking a Junior Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Technician on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position located in Germany. You will support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Electronic Security Systems (ESS), including intrusion detection systems, access control systems, video surveillance systems (CCTV), and associated communications infrastructure. Working under the supervision of senior technicians and site leadership, the technician will assist with preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, system testing, equipment replacement, documentation, and service order execution in accordance with contract requirements and applicable security standards.

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

• Possess an active Secret clearance.
• One (1) year of experience supporting electronic security, low-voltage, communications, or related technical systems.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and network-connected security devices.
• Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with common hand tools, test equipment, and computer-based maintenance documentation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security credentials and site access. 

Germany SOFA Requirements: Personnel assigned to Germany must meet applicable Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) requirements for U.S. contractor employees supporting U.S. Government operations overseas, including eligibility for logistical support and installation access as determined by the Government.
