Junior Engineer - Process Engineering (m/f/d)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product safety and quality control


• Optimize production processes constantly to improve production efficiency


• Support to optimize process yield and enhance material utilization rates


• Conduct failure analysis of different production processes and implement trouble-shooting countermeasures correspondingly


• Update standard procedure documents like Control Plan, Standard Operating Procedure(SOP), Bill Of Materials(BOM). Operating and maintaining production systems like Manufacturing Execution System (MES)


• Prepare launching of new improvement processes, production techniques, machine as well as materials


• Participate in customer audits, provide technical solutions

Your Talents and Skills:

• Bachelor's or above majored in engineering fields like mechanical, chemistry, materials science, automation or related fields


• Preferably practical experience in chemistry, automotive, automotive industry supply chain industry, or related manufacturing industry


• basic knowledge in quality tools or methods such as Six Sigma, 8D, SPC, FMEA, FTA, MSA


• Familiar with MS Office, statistics analysis software is plus


• Strong analytical mind-set, intercultural communication, great coordination skills. High sense of responsibility and self-driven is priority


• Fluent in English, German or Chinese is plus
