Junior Intercompany Accounting Manager - Group Reporting (m/f/d)

As a Junior Intercompany Accounting Manager - Group Reporting (m/f/d) you will join our global team with your strong knowledge in German GAAP and group consolidation principles, analytical thinking, effective communication skills to ensure accurate and timely group-level financial reporting and compliance.

About the Role

• Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS


• Assist in the preparation of disclosures for quarterly and annual financial statements of Flix Group required by IFRS, as well as analysis of complex accounting questions for German Flix entities according to German GAAP and prepare the German GAAP-standalone Financial Statements


• Act as contact person for subsidiaries and auditors in the context of group financial reporting and IFRS topics


• Support the CSRD implementation into the management report


• Analyze new accounting standards and implement them at Flix


• Maintain and improve group accounting manual as well as relevant controls and processes of Flix group


• Work process oriented and analytically, while developing your own solutions, and you can dig into complex topics easily

About You

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on accounting


• Profound knowledge of German GAAP and German tax GAAP required


• At least two years of professional experience in group accounting or audit/consulting required


• Confident handling of MS Office, user knowledge of consolidation software (e.g. Oracle FCCS) desirable


• Fluent in German and English; any other foreign language is a plus
