Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a new colleague to join our IT Department Team in Berlin on a full-time basis.

The opportunity:

The purpose of this position is to support the local staff and to oversee the operation of IT devices on campus.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

First and second level support for all employees and users
Support ticket system
Installation of computers and preparation for output
Workstation/Software installations
Collaboration in IT projects
Technical event support (set-up and dismantling)
Teaching support in hybrid teaching (video and audio)
Administration of the Blackboard systems

Your profile

Completed training in IT environment or few years of professional experience in IT support.
Identify, prioritize, and resolve IT issues
Experience in an LMS system, setting up courses, content, exams, and discussions.
Experience in configuration of client systems (PC and Mac)
Experience in Office 365
Strong communication skills and service orientation, initiative, teamwork, problem solving skills and friendly demeanor
Good knowledge of English
Experience in the areas of application support (Windows, macOS), IT service or helpdesk, is an advantage
