Your Responsibilities at C&A

  • Support in assessing the training needs and creation of a corresponding training offer
  • Organisational preparation and follow-up of all training activities 
  • Assess training activities and apply continuous improvement principles
  • Communicate and promote the Learning & Development activities across the Head Quarter 
  • Maintain and update the department’s intranet pages
  • Track and data input of relevant KPIs and preparetion of monthly and quarterly KPI-Reports
  • Administer the Onboarding and the Onboarding Training Days
