Our Creator Marketing team is a team of experts focused on building a bridge between influencers, creators and our brand. Our goal is to build an authentic and successful partnership between About You and talented content creators through collaboration and innovative strategies.

As Junior Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) you will support our team in many topics. You will build and maintain meaningful relationships with influencers as well as evaluate the collaborations by preparing reports and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of influencer cooperations
• Communication with agencies and managements
• Operational implementation of various collaborations and social media campaigns
• Monitoring the performance of our cooperations, creating reports and deriving fields of action
• Contributing to the improvement of our influencer community through research and optimization

Requirements

• Business apprenticeship or university degree
• Strong team and service orientation
• Clear and precise communication style
• Quick comprehension and structured way of working
• Very good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Proficiency in English and German both written and oral
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage
