(Junior) Marketing Specialist CRM and Search Marketing (m/f/d)

Your mission is to power Carly’s growth by combining the strengths of CRM and Search Marketing to captivate car owners worldwide. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring potential customers not only discover Carly but also engage deeply with our brand through highly targeted campaigns and optimized content. By crafting compelling messaging, refining search strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights, you will maximize our visibility and customer connections across both channels, shaping how we attract, inform, and inspire a passionate global audience.

• Support CRM initiatives in line with strategic OKRs, executing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Develop and localize engaging content for CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Operations, Product) to align CRM efforts with broader company objectives.
• Plan, execute, and track A/B tests to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
• Monitor CRM performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Own weekly reporting on CRM-related KPIs, performing in-depth analyses as required.

• Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Publish and refine content to improve organic search rankings on Google.
• Explore and test new Search Marketing opportunities, including TikTok Search and AI Search.
• Monitor Search performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Own weekly reporting on Search-related KPIs, conducting analytical deep dives when needed.

• 2+ years of experience in Online Marketing, preferably in CRM or Search Marketing.
• A proactive, hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus, and any additional language is a bonus.
