Arbeitsbeschreibung - Junior / Mid Footwear Designer (m/w/d)

Your Mission

Support the development of concepts and designs for client briefs
Lead design direction on selected projects
Create detailed tech packs for uppers and tooling
Collaborate closely with our in-house development team throughout the sampling process
Take part in development trips to Asia (China/Vietnam) as needed

Your Profile

1+ years of experience in footwear design (retail/lifestyle focus)
Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
Solid understanding of footwear construction, fit, and materials
A commercial eye and awareness of current market trends (Sportswear & fashion)
Bonus: Experience with 3D design tools or generative AI programs
