Arbeitsbeschreibung - Junior People & Finance Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dedicated Junior People & Finance Manager to support our Finance and HR team. In this versatile role, you will manage both financial and HR tasks to optimize our operations and efficiently support our team. This position offers you the opportunity to develop and specialize in both areas. Whether you're a career changer (Queereinsteiger) from office management or a graduate with practical experience, this role provides a chance to grow in a dynamic environment.

Finance Operations: Responsible for preparatory bookkeeping, payroll coordination, invoice tracking and expense management using tools like Personio and Pleo.
HR Administration: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records, update policies, and provide first-line support for HR inquiries.
Recruiting Support: Coordinate job postings, streamline candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and align recruitment efforts with our employer brand.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance standards are met, update policies, and maintain clear documentation of processes.
General Administration: Handle office management tasks and support various ad hoc administrative projects.

Experience: Relevant experience in finance, HR, or administrative roles (internships or work-study positions count!).
Languages: Fluent in German, with strong English skills.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Excel, Pleo and Personio.
Mindset: Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You're a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Background: Ideal for career changers (Queereinsteiger) from office management or recent graduates with internship experience in relevant fields.
