Your mission
You will make sure our People & Culture operations run smoothly and efficiently — both for our current team and for future talent. You will take ownership of HR administration and support the entire recruiting process. In this role, you'll ensure a great candidate experience, manage our HR systems (especially Personio), and help us maintain an excellent employee experience as we grow.
Your tasks will include:
Supporting the end-to-end recruiting process for both tech and business roles — from job posting, active sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offers.
Shaping a positive candidate experience with fast feedback loops, structured processes, and transparent communication.
Executing structured onboarding journeys and ensuring smooth offboarding, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
Maintaining and improving HR administration and document management across the entire employee lifecycle.
Managing and optimizing our HR tool (Personio).
Collaborating with our People & Culture Manager on projects — for example, enhancing our internal goal-setting and development frameworks.
Helping to continuously improve our processes as we grow.
