Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-efficient supply of goods and services.


• Support in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.


• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation.


• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.


• Conduct basic market research to identify potential suppliers and benchmark pricing.


• Support internal stakeholders with procurement needs and ensure adherence to company procurement policies.


• Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.


• Prepare reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.


• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role (internships or traineeships also considered).


• Basic knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.


• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn


• Fluent in German & English
