Junior Programmatic Advertising Manager (all genders)

PERFORMANCE MARKETING: As part of our advertising team, you will promote the growth of our clients on Amazon or other platforms. Your focus is on programmatic advertising via DSPs.

STRATEGY & PLANNING: You will support the development of customised DSP strategies and campaign plans for national and international brands based on their performance goals. You act as a direct contact person for your partners.

CONTROL & OPTIMIZATION: Based on strategies and agreed targets, you are operationally responsible for setting up and optimising the corresponding DSP activities.

MONITORING & REPORTING: Using monitoring and ad software tools, you will monitor and analyse large amounts of performance data and create and present corresponding reports.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: You inform yourself about developments on the relevant platforms and test new features from Amazon. You support the further development and optimisation of internal programmatic standards and processes.

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:You have solid knowledge in the areas of business administration, digital marketing, e-commerce or a comparable field. You also have initial practical experience in programmatic advertising, ideally in combination with account management. Experience with the Amazon DSP is an absolute plus.

CURIOSITY & WILLINGNESS TO LEARN: You are curious and open to new things. Complex topics and key figures spark your interest, and you enjoy diving deeper to understand how things are connected.

TECHNICAL SKILL & FLEXIBILITY: You are not afraid to familiarise yourself with different tools and software. You have a high degree of flexibility in dealing with different technologies and can quickly learn new functions independently

PASSION FOR E-COMMERCE: You are familiar with industry trends in e-commerce. You have a strong interest in online marketplaces and working in an agency environment. You are work independently and reliably.

COMMUNICATION: You have good and, at best, proven communication skills with internal and external partners, coupled with excellent English language skills and good presentation skills.
