Marina is currently looking for a full-time Junior Project Manager (all genders) for her team in Stuttgart.

Support the entire project team in the complex interface coordination between customer, design and production
You actively take on initial sub-projects in close collaboration with the team and trades
You will support the planning, implementation, support and handling of demanding retail campaigns
Creation of project timelines, project planning and controlling
Cost calculation, preparation of quotations and invoicing
Production and logistics management, as well as project documentation in Excel

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in business or communication
Ideally initial professional experience in the field of campaigns, events or retail marketing, also as part of an internship or as a working student
Confident communication skills and confidence towards customers and external partners
A high degree of responsibility, reliability and an affinity for numbers
A pronounced ability to work in a team and enthusiasm
Very good knowledge of English and German as well as very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
