We are currently looking for a (Junior) Project Manager (all genders) for our office in Stuttgart.

You are the primary contact person for our clients such as Nespresso and manage complex projects from order placement to final handover
As a (Junior) Project Manager, you will support the team with national and international campaigns and the client's globalised brand communication
You are responsible for quality, budget control and scheduling in all phases of projects
You act as an interface between external partners such as customers, production and suppliers - as well as internal colleagues from graphic design
Your daily tasks include planning and organising logistics and implementing optimisation measures in collaboration with the production, logistics, development and buying departments

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in the field of economics or in a technical field
You have (initial) professional experience in project management or POS campaigns, including internships or as a working student
You have a hands-on attitude and are happy to take on responsibility
You have a strong assertiveness and work in a team-oriented manner
You are interested in realising projects for international brands and retail companies
Very good English and German language skills as well as very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel - ideally you also have initial experience in working with an ERP system
