Junior Project Manager (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt is looking for a Junior Project Manager (d/f/m) for our Beauty Collective.

As a Junior Project Manager (d/f/m) you have a passion for beauty, lifestyle and fashion trends and a degree in business administration, economics, communication sciences or a comparable qualification. You have already gained some professional experience in account or project management, ideally in an agency. You are fluent in German and have very good English Skills.

Your tasks:

• Planning, coordination and execution of projects
• Preparation of briefings and timings
• Budget planning, Invoice and cost control
• Preparation and follow up of meetings, presentations and workshops
• Customer contact within the scope of smaller projects
• Monitoring of production and media plans

• You have a sense for creativity and you work analytically and goal-oriented
• You like working in a team and you are a proactive, strong communicator
• You are familiar with the use of project management tools and agile working methods
• You feel confident in running meetings, presenting and corresponding
• You are very well organized and you easily maintain an overview
