Junior Quality Manager (m/w/d)

• Further maintenance of DIN EN ISO 9001, support for the integration of DIN EN ISO 9100
  


• Examine and, if necessary, introduce further systems for qualification development and other processes.
  


• Support with documentation
  


• Integration of IT and SW development quality relevant processes - we develop software for the air traffic control industry.
  


• Continuous process optimisation and quality assurance during CIP
  


• Preparation and issuing of system documents, updating and further development of the QM default documents: Work instructions, procedural instructions and other operational documents including the further development of the QM manual.
  


• Development and documentation of business processes in cooperation with other departments
  

Requirements

• Successfully completed training/further education in the field of quality management/quality assurance (QM/QS)
  


• First exposure to with SQA i.e. SPICE / CMMi is desirable
  


• Experience with a software manufacturer / system house would be advantageous
  


• Distinct process thinking, team orientation and organisational talent
  


• Personal initiative with a strong customer and service orientation
  


• Distinct understanding of the entire entrepreneurial value chain as well as the business management and logistical interrelationships
  


• Good written and spoken German and English skills
