Junior Recruiter (f/m/d)

The Position

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Recruiter, you will:

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding


• Support the full recruitment cycle for roles we consistently hire for such as Sales or Customer support, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing


• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive process improvements


• Utilize inbound and outbound recruitment strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates


• Track and analyze key metrics related to talent acquisition to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment or startup


• Basic understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices


• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in German or another European language is a plus


• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners


• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
