Arbeitsbeschreibung - Junior Sales Manager

Quoting ad-hoc charter flights to the broker market considering availability, operational restrictions and operating costs.
Negotiating prices with charter brokers, follow-up calls, evaluating and understanding their requirements in order to close a sale.
Coordinating confirmed flights with internal (e.g. crew planning, flight dispatch) and external partners (e.g. brokers, handling agents, catering companies) to ensure the client’s needs and wishes are met.
Coordinating and communicating flight revisions to Clients and Partners in a timely fashion; this includes delays, weather updates, changes in scheduling.
Proactively monitoring flight status and resolve any issues and problems which occur.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and operators.

Previous experience in the field of sales, negotiation and aviation and/or luxury travel/tourism is preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Good computer skills and a confident handling of MS Office.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential - you will be dealing with clients from around the world.
Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and maintain a calm and professional demeanour.
Must possess confident and effective interpersonal communication skills when dealing with colleagues, partners, and clients from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative.
Target-oriented and dedication to exceed performance metrics.
