Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung der Software SAP S4/HANA Public Cloud in den Bereichen Finance, Accounting und Controlling sowie bei der fortlaufenden kaufmännischen Verwaltung unseres ERP-Systems

• Leitung von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Prozessen im Finanzbereich sowie Einführung neuer Software

• Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern

• Dienstleistungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Anfragen aus den Fachbereichen

• Unterstützung der Benutzer im Rahmen des 1st und 2nd Level Supports für das ERP-System

Anforderungen

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder ein vergleichbares Studium (FH) bzw. eine ähnliche Ausbildung absolviert

• Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit dem Betrieb der ERP-Software SAP S4/HANA oder einem anderen ERP-System, idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich (FiBu, AnBu, Controlling, Reporting)

• Du arbeitest gerne projektbasiert und hast ein Interesse an der Optimierung von Prozessen oder Tools.

• Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sind vorteilhaft

• Lösungsorientiertes Denken und eine hohe Eigeninitiative zeichnen dich aus

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
