About the role

As a member of our expanding IT security team in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, you will play a vital role in enhancing and evolving existing security measures, monitoring our systems, establishing IT security processes, ensuring the safety and integrity of our digital infrastructure, and our values.

Your Responsibilities

Monitoring of system event logs
Investigate security alerts, analysis, and triage of security incidents
Identification, analysis, and remediation of vulnerabilities
Improving and developing policies and procedures, and keeping the documentation up to date
Keep track of emerging cyber threats
Answering security-related tickets

Essential Skills

Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or a comparable field
At least 1-2 years of professional experience in IT security
Experience with security incident response
Analytical and strategic thinking
Independent working style and initiative
Problem-solving oriented
Fluent English, German would be beneficial
Availability to mainly work on-site

Beneficial Skills

Experience in securing and analysing MS365 services, network, firewall, OS (Win, Linux, MacOS)
First experience with IT security frameworks (ISO27001, NIST)
Experience with SIEM or EDR systems
