Join our team of gastronomy enthusiasts as a Junior Sous Chef (m/f/d) who are dedicated to creating one of Berlin's finest culinary and hospitality experiences. We are seeking like-minded individuals with a passion for food and wine, and a commitment to excellent service.

Your Tasks:

Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily kitchen operations
Coordinating and supervising kitchen staff during service
Assisting with menu development and preparation guidelines
Training and supporting junior kitchen team members
Ensuring compliance with preparation standards, quality requirements, and hygiene regulations
Professional handling of work equipment
Compliance with HACCP guidelines
Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and proper storage of goods
Supporting cost control and efficient use of products
Active participation in the à la carte service

Your Qualifications:

Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef, or in a similar position
Experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant would be an advantage
Passion for the culinary arts and desire to continuously improve cooking skills
Experience with Italian or/and Levantine cuisine would be an advantage
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends
Basic knowledge of inventory control systems
English skills are required; other languages would be an advantage
Good organizational and communication skills
A hands-on attitude and willingness to take on increasing responsibility
