Junior Strategist (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Junior Strategist (d/f/m).

As an ideal Junior Strategist (d/f/m), you have a successfully completed degree and ideally bring some initial experience in strategy - ideally from an agency. You are highly motivated and extremely curious. You’re fascinated by trends, innovations, brands, and opinions, and you combine analytical thinking with a creative, free-spirited mindset. You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to grow within a collaborative team. You are fluent in German and have strong English skills.

Your tasks:

• Conducting research on markets, brands, target audiences, and trends – and deriving strategic implications
• Applying and evaluating tools like Best for Planning, YouGov, and Statista
• Preparing compelling presentations in Keynote
• Writing creative briefs that spark great ideas
• Inspiring creative teams to develop outstanding work
• Assisting in the preparation and facilitation of workshops
• Supporting brand positioning, brand architecture, and communication strategies

What you score with:

• First hands-on experience in strategic planning or marketing (e.g., internships, junior roles)
• A keen interest in digital and social media culture, communication trends, and brand storytelling
• Strong research, communication, and presentation skills
• A sharp analytical mind paired with creative intuition
