Join us and be part of our educational AI revolution! We are seeking a driven (Junior) Talent Acquisition Manager who sees finding exceptional talent as their mission, not just filling roles. You'll directly shape our lean, ambitious team that is building the #1 AI learning companion for more than 1 billion of students worldwide. Reporting to our Director People, Lilian Berge, you'll own our entire hiring process across all departments, from strategic sourcing to closing top candidates.
Your mission will be to... - Find and attract people who embody our ways of working and contribute to our standards in speed, performance, and quality - Own the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles from strategic sourcing to successful closing - Create a seamless, efficient candidate experience that reflects our high-performance culture and execution speed - Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, guiding them on profile definition, job descriptions, interview techniques, and hiring decisions to ensure we bring in the right people - Utilise AI tools and innovative thinking to identify promising talent pools - Leverage AI and automations to streamline repetitive tasks and focus on high-value recruitment activities - Strengthen our employer brand to make Knowunity a magnet for ambitious talent in Berlin's tech and AI community and beyond - Develop and implement robust recruitment analytics that provide actionable insights to continuously improve our hiring effectiveness and support our North Star metrics - Develop and implement interviewer training programs that equip our hiring managers with the skills to identify candidates who will thrive in our environment

What you bring - Hands-on experience in tech recruiting, ideally with exposure to startup environments - A proactive mindset with the ability to independently drive multiple hiring processes simultaneously - Strong communication skills with the ability to present Knowunity's mission and culture with infectious enthusiasm to turn candidates from interested to excited - Excellent judgement in evaluating talent beyond traditional qualifications - A data-oriented approach to recruitment with the ability to establish effective tracking, analyse metrics, and derive actionable insights to continuously improve our hiring effectiveness - Creative sourcing skills to identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels - Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms - Comfort with a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly - A growth mindset with eagerness to learn, adapt and implement new approaches - Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted advisor - Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
