Junior Tax Manager (m/w/x)

To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated Junior Tax Manager (m/f/x), full-time for our Finance team at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week).

🎯 What you will contribute:

• Support tax compliance across multiple European jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate VAT, corporate tax, and other filings.


• Assist in preparing tax reports, reconciliations, and documentation for audits.


• Work with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure compliance with international tax regulations.


• Research tax laws and changes to provide insights and recommendations for the business.


• Support the optimization of tax processes, including establishing further documentation and manuals, and implementing automation where possible.


• Assist with tax-related inquiries from various departments, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.


• Maintain proper tax records and ensure all relevant documentation is up to date.

🤝 What you bring:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or an apprenticeship/qualification as Steuerfachangestellte(r)


• 1-3 years of experience in German tax, preferably within a tax advisory or scale-up environment.


• Basic knowledge of VAT, corporate tax, and international tax principles.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• A proactive and hands-on approach, with a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.


• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/tax software (SAP) is a bonus.


• Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1 at a minimum).
