Arbeitsbeschreibung - Kalkulator / Projekt-Controller (m/w/d)

We are an innovative group of companies in the fields of scaffolding, lifting technology, mechanical engineering and steel construction and are one of the market leaders in Germany.

Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 550 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

To strengthen our team at our location in Dormagen, we are looking for a Estimator / Project Controller (m/f/d).

You will be responsible for

the independent preparation of the calculation (according to TGAV), cost estimation and quotation preparation, including the service specifications in close cooperation with the project manager
Compiling the relevant documents and ongoing maintenance
Identifying cost risks and proactively developing possible solutions
Responsibility as a service partner during the calculation phase
Active collaboration with the construction management from the start of the calculation to the handover of the project and post-calculation
Independent project controlling and reporting to project management
Viewing tender portals and creating proposal lists

You have

a degree in engineering, training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or comparable specialised training with practical work experience
an independent, motivated and entrepreneurial, committed way of working
a high degree of responsibility, confidentiality, reliability, communication skills, social skills and team spirit
confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Knowledge of VOB (desirable), but not a prerequisite
