  • Incoming orders: Recording and processing incoming orders.
  • Dispatch and invoicing: Organisation of dispatch and creation of the corresponding invoices.
  • Communication with applicants and travellers: Supporting and assisting applicants and travellers with their concerns.
  • Customer advice: Advising and supporting customers with questions and concerns.
  • Independent research: Carrying out independent research on various topics.
  • Maintaining internal databases: Updating and maintaining data in internal databases.
  • Documentation in the order management system: Recording and documenting processes in the order management system.


  • Completed commercial training.
  • Ability to work independently: You work in a structured and independent manner and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
  • Solution-orientated way of working: You find solutions to problems that arise quickly and efficiently.
  • Language skills: You have a good command of German (at least B2)
  • Lateral entry possible: prior technical knowledge is not a prerequisite
