As Commercial Property Management (m/f/d) you will organise the technical monitoring and business administration of our hotel properties. The focus is on value retention and development, including support in the implementation of maintenance measures.

Foremost Hospitality

Supporting the hotel management in the assertion of defect and warranty claims
Supporting the preparation and supervision of official inspections and acceptances for buildings and technical facilities
Monitoring contract terms, deadlines and maintenance cycles Coordinating external service providers and maintenance partners
Coordinating defect reports, obtaining quotations and commissioning and coordinating maintenance and repair measures
Contract and property documentation
Working with the GetFM facility management software

Technical training or experience in the property industry with a technical background
First relevant work experience
Good MS Office skills
Ability to act independently and entrepreneurial understanding
Structured, committed and results-orientated way of working
