About the role

Do you want to help shape the success of our Marketplace sellers and establish Retail Media as a key growth driver? As a Key Account Manager Retail Media – Marketplace, you will manage your own portfolio of marketplace advertisers, develop tailored retail media strategies, and guide customers from the initial idea through to successful campaign execution. Working closely with Marketplace Sales and Campaign Management, you will play a key role in expanding our international Retail Media business.

About your tasks

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of Marketplace sellers by identifying new opportunities for Retail Media campaigns and driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Consult customers on Sponsored Ads and Retail Media solutions, create compelling media plans and presentations, and manage the complete sales cycle from pitch to campaign booking.
• Collaborate closely with Campaign Management to ensure a seamless handover from sold concepts to successful campaign execution.
• Leverage performance data, market trends and seasonal insights to develop business cases and identify opportunities to increase customer investment.
• Build long-term partnerships with your customers, strengthen customer loyalty and continuously identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

About you

• You have 3–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Marketplace, Digital Sales, Retail Media or Digital Advertising.
• You enjoy consulting customers, identifying commercial opportunities and building long-lasting relationships in a sales-driven environment.
• You combine a commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making and take ownership of your accounts.
• You are fluent in English. For the role focusing on Belgium, French is considered a strong advantage. German is an advantage for collaboration with internal stakeholders
