Aufgaben
  • Own customer relationships and lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, terms)
  • Manage and grow key accounts through new business acquisition and expansion of existing customers
  • Accountable for the full RFQ process, pricing strategy, and program execution until EOP
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Engineering, Operations, Finance) to deliver on cost and timeline targets
  • Contribute to strategic planning and market analysis
  • Identify growth opportunities, margin improvements, and new product potential
  • Use data and KPIs to drive forecasting and business decisions
  • Build and develop a high-performing Key Account team
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and automotive industry requirements

Profil
  • Proven experience in automotive/OEM or B2B commercial roles (Key Account, Sales, Business Development)
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with pricing, contracts, and RFQs
  • Track record of delivering business growth (new business + account expansion)
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership experience in building and developing teams (preferred for senior roles)
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel as required
