Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 550 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

Erection, conversion and dismantling of shoring and sophisticated scaffolding constructions according to drawings
Assembly and disassembly of heavy-duty props and rolled profile beams
Management of a team of several scaffolders (m/f/d)
Monitoring and compliance with safety regulations
First point of contact for our site management

Many years of professional experience in scaffolding, ideally in shoring or steel construction
Ideally experience in the assembly and disassembly of heavy-duty props and rolled profile beams
Ability to work independently
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Driving licence min. class B

Daily expenses for construction site assignments in the amount of € 14 per day
Above-tariff expenses for assembly work - €24 expenses for travelling to and from work and €38 expenses for full-day absence
Bonuses of up to €1,000 - employee recruitment bonus
All benefits from the framework collective agreement for scaffolding - e.g. holiday pay, additional holiday pay and 13th monthly salary
Bonuses for unusual working hours - Sunday, public holiday or night shift bonuses
Company pension scheme allowance of 25% and capital-forming benefits of up to €26.59 per month

Varied and interesting construction sites, mainly in western Germany
