PAIR Finance has been revolutionizing the digital debt collection industry since 2016 with the help of our AI, which individually assesses the situation of our debtors and contacts them accordingly in a personal yet fully automated manner. We have a strong, international team of over 300 employees and look after more than 500 clients.

We would now like to further expand our Collection Team in Berlin and are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our consumers in the Netherlands. Is B2C customer service via phone and in a digital way in Dutch exactly your strength?

Confident communication with our consumers, lawyers and other 3rd parties via phone, e-mail, chat and letter, especially in Dutch, and the solution-oriented and competent support for their concerns.
Working closely with your colleagues within the Collection Team and other departments.
Efficient processing of files and maintenance of CRM systems.
Collecting feedback from clients and consumers and by doing that helping to improve our technology and services.

Fluency in Dutch and very good written and spoken German and/or English language skills are a mandatory requirement.
Career changers with professional experience in service-oriented industries are welcome.
Successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training.
Initial experience in telephone B2C customer service; experience in the debt collection industry is a plus.
Good MS Office skills and interest in various technologies.
