Laboringenieur (m/f/d)

- Coordination with the customer on the technical requirements for the product
- Clarification of technical feasibility on the basis of specifications, drawings and standards
- Presentation of Hongfa products and selection of suitable relays for the customer
- Transmission of the technical requirements to the development department in China
- Supporting projects from initial customer contact through to series production and beyond 
- Advising our customers both on the phone and on site
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our products
- Technical handling of complaints
- Traveling to the Hongfa plants in China and to European customers
- Collaboration in the international project teams


Professional requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, switchgear technology, mechatronics or similar
• Experience in the development or application of electromechanical switchgear such as MCB, RCCB, RCBO, MCCB, ACB
• Very good knowledge of electrical engineering / electronics, especially of switchgear
• Reading and understanding electrical circuit diagrams
• Very good knowledge of mechanical assemblies
• Reading and understanding drawings
• Basic knowledge of materials technology and production engineering
• Business fluent in German and English  (written and spoken)
