Your mission

Key Responsibilities
• Acquisition of greenfield land for solar and wind energy projects.
• Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, municipalities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Negotiating and closing land-use agreements.
• Collaborating with internal teams.
• Participating in public hearings and information events.

Your profile

• University degree, commercial/business training, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in sales and/or land acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with fluent German language proficiency (C1).
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
• Valid Class B driving licence.
