• You have full ownership over tech (+likely product in the long term) and are an equal partner to the CEO which is reflected in a very significant equity package

You will be one of two equal decision makers to lead Scenarium AI to PMF and beyond, next to our CEO Katja. Your ultimate objective is to turn the venture into a unicorn with the help of an extremely skilled, already hired and onboarded tech team.

You will be responsible for the overall technology (and likely product) strategy, engineering execution, and infrastructure that powers our product. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be deeply involved in product development, architecture, and strategic decision-making.

This is a rare opportunity to have a fundamental and long-lasting impact on the future of a young, ambitious company.We require you to have an enormous appetite for ownership, excellent strategic thinking capabilities, strong technical knowledge, excellent management skills as well as a deep desire to understand customer’s problems and how to solve them. For that, you’d need an insatiable curiosity to dissect the status quo down to the smallest detail and understand the why behind it.

Since our product has 3 components which require different tech stacks, we expect you to have a deeper knowledge of at least 1 of it and a strong willingness to familiarize yourself with the others as well as their interplay.

Ideally, you worked on B2B products, have been on an early stage journey, managed teams and can show a proven track record (e.g. you started as an IC, were entrusted a team, and took on more responsibility in an even senior role as you succeeded in your job).
