About the Position
As an SAP S/4HANA Transformation Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through complex S/4HANA transformation projects. Your expertise will be crucial from the initial presales phase and proposal creation, through detailed effort estimations, project calculations, and resource planning. You will lead critical data migration activities, leveraging tools like SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and SNP, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients. Effectively managing stakeholders and having a deep understanding of both SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes will be key to your success in delivering impactful and successful transformation journeys.
Must-Have Skills
Profound experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts
- Proven success in leading and executing complex transformation projects
- Expertise in data migration strategies and tools (e.g., SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, SNP)
- Strong skills in stakeholder management
- Excellent SAP ECC knowledge for effective transformation
- Experience in actively supporting presales activities and proposal generation
- Competence in effort estimation, project calculation, and resource planning
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology
- In-depth experience in SAP Solution Architecture
- Project or Change Management certifications (e.g., PMI, Prince2)
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
