The Role & the Team
To support the growth of our Health & Pharma Solutions (HPS) Business Unit, we are looking for our next Lead Technical Customer Solutions – Biopharma (M/F) on a permanent contract. Ideally based in Germany, this role involves 30–50% travel across Northern Europe to maintain close customer engagement. Alternative locations may include Benelux, the UK or Ireland.
In this strategic role, you will operate at the intersection of science and business, supporting biopharma customers from early development through commercialization.
You will work closely with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Quality and Regulatory teams, ensuring that solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.

HPS teams support pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers by combining scientific expertise, market understanding and high‑value customer support.
