Tasks
As Lead Data Architect (m/f/d/x), you will design and optimize IT architectures and analyze business and technical requirements for software, platforms and/or infrastructure for the IT Data landscape, enabling IT solutions and services such as data products, data platforms or legacy clean-up to be implemented quickly, agilely and innovatively.
Your key responsibilities also include:
You are responsible for the overall interactions of components, systems and functions from the network through to the customer interaction point
You are responsible for implementing architecture concepts in product development and services
You identify innovations in technology fields and actively contribute to their implementation within the Group and in the industry
You manage architecture and design activities, including those of major strategic and international projects and programs, and provide comprehensive advice to top management
You lead strategic projects
Profile
You are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:
Many years of experience in independently and reliably planning and managing new topics, including in virtual and/or international team environments
Outstanding experience in traditional and agile forms of collaboration, particularly in managing and leading major projects/programs
Excellent experience in international and intercultural environments
Technology and methodology expertise that is up to date:
Data Technologies
Data Products
Google Cloud Platform, Big Query, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Analytics, Data Studio
Cloud Technologies, FinOps
Retiring legacy DWH towards GCP
Enterprise Architecture
IT-Governance
Many years of professional experience with technological end-to-end responsibility
Intercultural experience in offshore project
Excellent written and spoken English skills
This position is also available on a part-time basis.
