Arbeitsbeschreibung - Lead Qualification Assistant / Assistant Recruiter (gn*)

We are looking for 2 Lead Qualification Assistants / Assistant Recruiters (gn*) to support our Student Recruitment Team.
Limitation: 2 months
Working hours: 40 hours per month / 10 hours per week

Qualify initial inquiries about KLU’s study programs via phone, email, chat, or direct message
Identify prospective students’ needs to enable tailored communication
Schedule consultations and transfer qualified leads to the Student Recruitment team
Maintain and enhance the CRM system (Full Fabric) and related tools (i.e. Calendly)
Collaborate closely with the Student Recruitment and Marketing teams
Support reporting and analysis to improve lead conversion rates

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
Comfortable with phone-based outreach and direct engagement with prospective students
