A Learning Experience Platform (LXP) serves as a centralized solution that delivers a personalized and seamless learning experience to employees across an organization. It connects global and local learning systems through a unified digital interface and provides access to learning content, compliance training, development opportunities, and external learning resources.

A specialized Learning Platform Consultant is responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of a learning platform built on the Cornerstone Learning Experience Platform. The role requires strong hands -on expertise in learning technologies, particularly Cornerstone, as well as experience in digital learning, HR technology, and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

1. Own end -to -end administration and operational governance of the learning platform, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable operations.
   
2. Manage user lifecycle processes, access governance, roles and permissions, organizational structures, and data quality across the platform.
   
3. Enhance the learning experience by improving navigation, content architecture, searchability, digital adoption, and learning enablement within daily workflows.
   
4. Oversee integrations between the learning platform and internal HR systems, as well as external learning content providers.
   
5. Monitor data quality, reporting, and analytics to track learning adoption, compliance, user engagement, and overall platform performance.
   
6. Manage issue investigations, vendor escalations, service workflows, and documentation to maintain stable platform operations.
   
7. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to support operational excellence and continuous platform evolution.
   

Key Qualifications

1. Several years of experience in digital learning environments or HR technology, with strong exposure to LMS/LXP platforms within large enterprise environments.
   
2. Hands -on expertise with Cornerstone Learning Experience Platform or comparable learning platforms; relevant certifications or formal training are advantageous.
   
3. Strong understanding of learning administration and platform configuration, including learning content, audiences, assignments, certifications, compliance requirements, and workflows.
   
4. Experience working within HR technology landscapes and enterprise HR platforms.
   
5. Background in learning technology consulting or HR IT consulting, with the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into practical platform solutions.
   
6. Good understanding of system integrations, data flows, user lifecycle management, access concepts, and organizational structures within enterprise platforms.
   
7. Strong analytical, structured, and service -oriented approach, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non -technical stakeholders.
