Team mission

GetYourGuide’s Legal Team is a trusted and pragmatic business partner, operating in a fast-paced environment. We find innovative solutions for complex problems, manage legal risks, and promote integrity. As a Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the Sales team and other stakeholders, supporting the company’s global growth with a focus on commercial contracts.

Your mission

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, with a focus on sales and partnership contracts.


• Provide practical legal advice on contract law and commercial matters, balancing risk mitigation with business objectives.


• Develop an understanding of the company’s business model and operations to offer tailored legal solutions.


• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments, offering guidance on legal aspects of business decisions.


• Support global projects by addressing legal challenges and ensuring compliance with various jurisdictional requirements.


• Contribute to the improvement of contract management processes and assist in developing training programs to enhance commercial law awareness in the organization.

Your toolkit

• Qualified to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction (common or civil law).


• 1–3 years of post-graduate work experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, ideally with exposure to commercial and contract law.


• Interest in tech, platform business, or e-commerce is a plus.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.


• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic legal team.
