Arbeitsbeschreibung - LEGAL COUNSEL (f/m/d)

We are looking for brilliant legal minds to join our growing 360T Group legal team. As a key member of our team, you will review, interpret and translate legal requirements and effectively communicate these to the business and external stakeholders.

Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.
Execute procedures for e.g. protecting software licenses, patents, trademarks, and industrial designs
Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function

German State Exam
Minimum three years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel in a law office or in the legal department of a financial institution, bank or insurance
Strong consulting skills and above-average communication and conflict resolution skills
Good organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills
Analytical thinking with a high degree of accuracy and clarity in the written documentation
High degree of independence, process orientation, analytical and conceptual skills
Team spirit
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Business fluent in German and English, both orally and in writing
