Legal Trainees (Referendar:innen) Disputes

NEON is a commercial law firm in which we live co-entrepreneurship. We advise in particular in the areas of private equity, venture capital, real estate and litigation. Our litigation team represents clients ranging from start-ups to DAX-listed companies as well as private individuals in commercial disputes. We are specialists in litigation law and are looking for team players who want to experience and learn forensic law not in the back room, but in the front row. To strengthen our team, we are always looking for ​

• An appreciative corporate culture with a variety of social activities (company run, afterworks, etc.)
• Involved in client work from the outset (drafting pleadings, attending client and court hearings)
• You will become part of the litigation team and will be assigned a dedicated mentor, combined with the opportunity to gain insights into all other areas

• Support with exam preparation (e.g. Kaiser exam course and quarterly simulated oral exams in cooperation with two other law firms)

• You have completed your first state exam and have an excellent academic record (at least 9 points)
• You enjoy creative and independent work
• You are keen to familiarise yourself with a wide range of new topics, in particular liability, competition and corporate law
• You are fluent in German and have good English skills
