Legal Trainees | Research Assistants Real Estate Transactions / M&A

We advise in particular in the areas of private equity, venture capital (start-ups), real estate and litigation. 
 
Our real estate team is one of the most renowned transaction practices in Germany, has particular expertise and experience in share deals and joint ventures at the interface with corporate law and advises high-calibre investors such as Blackstone/Office First on both transactions and the letting of commercial real estate. To further support the team, we are always looking for ​

• An appreciative corporate culture with a variety of social activities (company run, afterworks, etc.)
• Involvement in the mandate work from the outset 
• Insight into property transactions and financing in all asset classes, including share deals and joint ventures as well as project development and commercial tenancy law:
• You will be part of the Real Estate team and will be assigned a mentor, but will also have the opportunity to gain insights into all other areas
• Remuneration at the level of large law firms
• Support with exam preparation (e.g. oral mock exam, Kaiser exam course) 
• Real prospects for the future: many of our lawyers and partners started their career with us during their legal traineeship

• You have an excellent academic record (honours degree, at least the first state exam) and an outstanding command of English

• You are highly motivated, quick on the uptake, can think outside the box and enjoy working in a team
• No previous experience in the field of Real Estate Transactions / M&A required - your interest and desire to deal with new things is important to us!
