Der Bereich Support am Standort Amstetten sucht einen erfahrenen Leiter Instandhaltung Standortfunktionen (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Leitung der Instandhaltung Haus- und Betriebstechnik mit Krananlagen
• laufende Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Anlagen und Prozesse im Bereich
• Budget- und Kostenplanung für die zu verantwortenden Kostenstellen und Projekte
• Planen, Einführung und Umsetzung von Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen
• Mitwirkung in Projekten inkl. Abstimmung des internen Personaleinsatzes sowie Einbindung externer Firmen
• Disziplinarische und fachliche Personalführung
• Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Umweltschutzbestimmungen

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Anlagenmechaniker für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik) sowie abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder Energie-/Wärmetechnik oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar (m/w/d)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung oder im Facility Management
• Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
• Führungserfahrung sowie Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Flexibilität
• Analytische, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP-Anwendungen
