Arbeitsbeschreibung - Leiter Werkzeugbau (m/w/d)

Technical and disciplinary management of tool design and toolmaking with currently 14 employees
Planning, monitoring and control of the design, production, service and commissioning of our injection moulding and stamping tools
Coordination of cooperation with upstream and downstream departments, cost control
Analysis and continuous improvement of tools and processes in toolmaking and at the customer's site
Identification of potential for improvement in work processes and optimization of resource management
Continuous and sustainable development of employees
Preparation of quotations for injection moulding and stamping tools

Successfully completed technical studies or training, preferably as a tool mechanic (m/f/d), as well as a corresponding further training as a technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional and management experience, preferably in the toolmaking environment
Independent and structured way of working, initiative and very good analytical and organizational skills
Knowledge of English to support international customers
Willingness to travel
Experience in lean management
Solution-oriented way of working
Ability to work in a team and communicate, high level of commitment and flexibility as well as Strong assertiveness and implementation skills
