Arbeitsbeschreibung - Leiter Werkzeugbau (m/w/d)

  • Technical and disciplinary management of tool design and toolmaking with currently 14 employees
  • Planning, monitoring and control of the design, production, service and commissioning of our injection moulding and stamping tools
  • Coordination of cooperation with upstream and downstream departments, cost control
  • Analysis and continuous improvement of tools and processes in toolmaking and at the customer's site
  • Identification of potential for improvement in work processes and optimization of resource management
  • Continuous and sustainable development of employees
  • Preparation of quotations for injection moulding and stamping tools
  • Successfully completed technical studies or training, preferably as a tool mechanic (m/f/d), as well as a corresponding further training as a technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional and management experience, preferably in the toolmaking environment
  • Independent and structured way of working, initiative and very good analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of English to support international customers
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in lean management
  • Solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate, high level of commitment and flexibility as well as Strong assertiveness and implementation skills
