Litigation Specialist

Our Litigation Team represents clients ranging from start-ups to DAX-listed companies as well as private individuals in commercial disputes. We are specialists in litigation law and are looking for team players who want to experience and learn litigation not behind the scenes, , but from the front row.

To join our team on a long-term basis we are looking for a

• Flexible working time models (full-time or part-time, with adjustable weekly working days), clearly defined working hours to help you plan your life and ensure a steady, predictable workload
• Independent but clearly scoped areas of responsibility, including cases with recurring warranty law issues
• Involvement in client work from day one, supported by your mentor (e.g. drafting pleadings, attending client and court appointments independently)

• You impress with excellent academic credentials (honours degree) 
• You have at least 1 year of professional experience following the 2nd state examination
